Inventory
Know what's on the shelf, what it cost and when to reorder
Keep every product with its selling price, cost price, HSN code and unit. Stock goes down as you bill and up as you record purchases, so the numbers always match the shelf.
Why it matters
Running out of a fast-moving item loses sales; over-stocking ties up cash. Seeing stock, cost and minimum levels in one place tells you exactly what to reorder and what your stock is worth.
Plans: Free covers up to 50 products; every paid plan has unlimited products. Suppliers and purchases are in every plan. Compare plans
How it works
- 1
Add your products
Name, category, selling price, cost price, HSN code, unit and a minimum stock level.
- 2
Bill and restock
Bills reduce stock automatically. Record a purchase bill from a supplier and tick which items to add to inventory: stock goes up and the cost price is updated.
- 3
Watch the minimums
Products at or below their minimum are highlighted on the dashboard and inventory, and Standard plans and above get a low-stock email.
What you can do
- Selling price and cost price for real profit figures
- Categories, HSN codes and units
- Minimum stock levels with low-stock highlights
- Low-stock email alerts (Standard and above)
- Suppliers and purchase bills, with an add-to-inventory checklist
- New items on a purchase can be created as products in one step
- Purchases, sales and refunds update stock
- Inventory value at cost and selling price
- Export your product catalogue to CSV (Business and above)
- Stock shared across branches (Enterprise)
