3. Subscription and Payments

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are billed in advance. Prices may change with notice.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

Violation may result in account termination.

You grant us permission to store, process, and display your data solely to provide services.

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We are not liable for downtime due to maintenance, server failures, or external providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

J Generation shall not be liable for data loss, revenue loss, or indirect damages.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if Terms are violated, fraudulent activity is detected, or payment fails.
