Do the people I send documents to need an account?
No. Recipients get a secure, personal signing link by email — or you can share it with them on WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger and other apps — and sign right in their browser, on phone or desktop.
Can several people sign the same document?
Yes. Add as many signers as you need, plus in-person signers and people who only receive a copy. They can sign in a set order — the next person is notified automatically — or all at the same time.
Are the signatures legally binding?
Each signer agrees to sign electronically, and every step — sent, opened, verified, signed — is recorded with the time, IP address and device. Completed documents carry a Certificate of Completion with that record: the same kind of evidence DocuSign and Zoho Sign rely on.
How can I prove a signed document hasn't been changed?
When a document is completed, its SHA-256 fingerprint is recorded and every audit event is hash-chained to the one before it. One click on “Verify integrity” re-checks both — any edit to the file or the history shows up immediately.
What documents can I use?
Upload PDFs up to 25MB, import from Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive links (Google Docs, Sheets and Slides are converted to PDF), or write a document from scratch in the built-in editor.
How is my data secured?
Documents are kept in encrypted, access-controlled storage and are only ever reachable through short-lived private links. Signing links are personal to each recipient, and can require an access code or a one-time email code before the document opens.
